Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions :

- Stir soy sauce, garlic, vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, and ground ginger in a bowl together until ginger is dissolved.
Notes :
- Marinate flank steak in a covered 13x9-inch baking dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, flipping about half-way through the marinating time.
- For best results, cook steak on the grill.
