This is a unique recipe I created, that combines the idea of a bbq chicken pizza that is layered like a lasagna. I have won first place with this recipe. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients :

• 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, diced
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
• 1 (8 ounce) package phyllo dough
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
