Garlic Crouton Slices

"Crunchy and good with a variety of dishes, especially Vidalia® onion soup."

Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1-inch thick slices

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 15M Ready in : 20M
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stir olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together in a large mixing bowl; add bread slices and toss to coat. Arrange bread onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake until crispy and no longer soft, about 8 minutes.

Notes :

  • Reynolds® parchment can be used for easier cleanup/removal from the pan.
