Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Vanilla Banana Pops

"A gluten- and dairy-free vanilla or chocolate banana pop. Perfect for the summer, these pops are incredibly easy to make and use only 3 to 4 ingredients. Experiment with different fruits such as peaches, strawberries, blueberries or a combination of your choice. Your kids will love these, as will you! Enjoy!"

Ingredients :

  • 2 large very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk (such as Almond Breeze®)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 6M Ready in : 8H10M
  • Blend bananas, almond milk, and honey together in a blender until smooth. Pour banana mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until firm, 8 hours to overnight. Run warm water over the mold to release ice pops.

Notes :

  • The number of pops yielded depends on the size of of container used to freeze them.
  • These can be transformed to chocolate flavor by using almond chocolate milk and 2 tablespoons cocoa in place of vanilla almond milk.
  • You can substitute the sweetener of your choice for the honey.
